Cute, wonderful little game. I hope Miku enjoys her leeks.

As I mentioned in the jam submission page, i really like this game! I also wanted to share the first level I completed :)

(+1)

very good

I love the game, but when i start the game it says loading permanently

(+2)

rly lovely game!!

OMG HELLO.. THANK U 😊🩷🩷

I REALLY like this little game!  It reminds me of setting up a train system in satisfactory.

Only real thing that I notice is off is sometimes a train will pause when there is no other train on the rails for 2-3 sections.  It acts like there is another train when there is not.

But regardless, this is really fun, and I will be adding it to a playlist to comeback too when I feel like relaxing.  great job!

Amazing!!! Tysm for playing, the signal and rail system definitely need making a more robust version in future, but for now I chillax =w= tysm 🥹🩷

no Fullscreen?

No fullscreen! This love.js port doesn't support it out of the box, I'll check with the jam runners to see if I can add that tonight

i win

This was a lot of fun! :-)

I hope you make a longer version because I felt like it got cut short right as I started getting really into it.

7395 new miku station decided to spawn perpendicularly directly beside an existing station... miku why

Beautiful, simple, fun. Really relaxing and sort of scratches my LEGO Loco itch

(1 edit) (+1)(-2)

awesome :3

Train Planner screencap

I did not "figure out" or "learn" how the sections work. but I did "complete" the game.

Super cute!  I've just been watching a friend do a playthrough of Sweet Transit on youtube and this allowed me to apply the signal knowledge I got from watching her.  My one suggestion would be to add a mute button.

when i tried downloading the game windows said the file was a trojan twice. it was cute in browser but i wanted to fullscreen it but im not risking that

(+2)

It feels like this one shouldn't work as well as it does xD

Lovely little game. Harder than it looks.

It really needs an S-bend piece of rail though. If your lines are off by 1 tile, connecting them is a pain.

Also, I think "chill mode" should let you build stations where you want to - like a creative mode, and also to toggle train collisions on and off whenever you want to. Something like a creative mode.

Really enjoyed my time playing. I wish we could just spawn more stations and trains until the map was full and the railroad is a spider web of incomprehensible complexity. So yeah, add an endless mode :D

Here's my railway. It might not be the most optimal, but at least the trains don't crash and I made it to the end! Had the worst station spawns - they always cut my railway in half! :(

(+1)

An S-bend tool would be great. And maybe a dedicated delete tool, since right-clicking is awkward on a trackpad.

(+1)

My current record for the end of a seed is 64/m

(+1)

85 B) seed: 2001

its a really fun and cute game but idk why bt I cant seem to delete any of the tracks, maybe its because I have a keypad and not a mouse but is there any other alternative? (╥﹏╥)

Game was kinda hard ngl :/

Whenever I try to run the web version of this I just get a permanent "Loading..." text. The music starts playing and all, but nothing actually shows up. Using Chromium, no extensions which would interfere and even with them all disabled the issue persists.

(+1)

the music plays too? ill test this on chromium too and see if i can reproduce it, but if that's a love.js issue i won't really be able to fix it. does anything come up in your chromium developer console?

(+2)

I have the same problem. I can even hear the sfx of perhaps menu buttons or something popping onto the screen and hear the music but nothing is visible except "Loading..."

(+2)

anyone else win and just sit there watching the Miku trains go around and round? :3

(+2)

It took me a few attempts to figure out how the signals actually worked. I came back to this game multiple times over 2 days and read the instructions so many times more.

That said, I finally got it figured out after re-reading the instructions for the millionth time and studying the hell out of the providing diagrams and that lead to my first successful train plan with no accidental deadlocks. Yay!

Cute puzzle game with trains.

Pretty optimized on 7097. Amazing game! Especially useful for boring classes :)

(+2)(-2)

very cute and fun game. spent a few minutes optimizing my throughput to 81/min. it could be cool to have a game mode that requires u to meet a desired throughput to progress to the next level. I can see this being a cute game on Steam.

this is so hard i cant figure out how to place the signals and i dont understand how no matter how hard i try i give up

(-2)

Huuuuuuu :'<

game still refusing to load after returning to the webpage?

is that hatsune miku?

The game (playing in browser, latest firefox stable) crashed on me.

ah I know what can cause this, thanks for letting me know, i'll make a note. can you continue (F10)? are you getting this crash often?

(+1)

It crashed once in total (I did several playthroughs). Pressing F10 did not do anything.

okay as long as it's rare!! i'll do a post-jam fix for this thank you

Having a blast on trying different pathing designs.

But I had to give it a shot...

The infinite omni-directional abyss! The signals don't work very well. I have no idea what could be confusing them...

In case anyone has tried to put signals down on weird tracks and found it doesn't work, you can place a straight rail first then the lights on top, then all the other tracks on top of that. It ends in failure even on simple intersections, but it is technically possible..

Since they didn't work anyway I removed the traffic lights, paved roads and no blinding lights. Missed a couple lights in this screenshot though..

It's able to be completed with enough resets, but the trains don't seem to like it very much. I can't imagine why...

Overall solid game :)

Honestly a very nice and cute little game. And very satisfying to watch them smoothly move around.

I just also thought it was funny that it still works fine when you overlapped every piece in every direction lol.

But very good! Hiding the UI is a nice touch. I feel like I don't see many games/projects that are about the player making something for their own enjoyment. It's a cool idea to explore.

Thank you and that is hilarious I'm even surprised that works lol 🩷

(+1)

Great game!

(+2)

train game! signaling is conveyed so well, blueprint mode is so incredibly readable, especially for jam ui.

took me a couple days to remember trains going opposite ways on the same rail usually ends bad.. still working out some deadlocks, but my first complete rail network: image.png

p.s. you’re games are what got me back into löve a few years ago, glad you finished something for the jam~

train game!!! that network is clean!! and what an unbelievably sweet comment 🩷🩷🩷🩷so happy to hear that, hope u enjoy your adventures with love 🥹

Very Fun!

This is incredibly charming. Good work.

Excellent ! the overall mood of the game is spot on : the pixel art, the music, the sound effect, the idea and execution 💘.

The only thing that kept me from playing more than a couple of train station spawn, was that the mouse button to rotate the tiles is not snapping well. Maybe add a key or two to rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise by 90 deg.

Congrats 👏

You can press R to rotate clockwise!!! I'll add that to the controls if I missed it

🩷 Thank u for playinggg
